Assistant Production Manager

1. To produce high standard quality of products

2. Define manpower requirement for injection molding and assembly processes

3. Update assembly procedures, work instructions and manufacturing flow for assembly

4. Manage the daily production issues related to processes, materials, machines, equipments and manpower and resolve for resolution to ensure continued production operations

5. Liaise with Quality department on line quality issues and work out solutions to resolve

6. Keep production targets in terms of quality and productivity

7. Work closely with Project team and R&D departments in the transfer of new products, processes and technology into mass production in time

8 Supervise trainings on new employees

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering discipline - electrical or electronics
• 5 years of experience in medical devices industry
• Experience in Quality Management System and Extrusion
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Good communication skills and team player
• QMS Requirements (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485)
