Assistant Production  Manager

About the role

Manage and oversee fabric dyeing and finishing production processes (Pretreatment / Dyeing / Finishing) across production shifts, ensuring adherence to international standards and modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Control and oversee fabric dyeing and finishing production processes (Pretreatment / Dyeing / Finishing) in each shift
• Manage production team workforce, plan shifts, and ensure work proceeds according to schedule
• Control quality of finished products to meet customer specifications and standards, reduce Scrap/Rework rates
• Oversee workplace safety standards and coordinate with maintenance team when machinery malfunctions

About you

• Qualification: Diploma (ปวส.) to Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Chemistry, Textile Technology, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience managing production teams in industrial factories (textile/fabric dyeing experience considered especially)
• Leadership ability, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to work shift schedules
• Open to learning new management systems and technologies in the factory

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities):

ควบคุมดูแลกระบวนการผลิตผ้าย้อมและตกแต่งสำเร็จ (Pretreatment / Dyeing / Finishing) ในแต่ละกะ

บริหารจัดการกำลังพลพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต วางแผนกะ และควบคุมการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน

ควบคุมคุณภาพชิ้นงาน (Quality Control) ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานสเปกของลูกค้า ลดอัตรา Scrap/Rework

ดูแลเรื่องความปลอดภัยในโรงงาน (Safety Standard) และประสานงานกับทีมซ่อมบำรุงเมื่อเครื่องจักรขัดข้อง

คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา (Qualifications):

วุฒิ ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์, เคมีสิ่งทอ, เทคโนโลยีสิ่งทอ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีประสบการณ์ 2–5 ปี ในการควบคุมทีมผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม (หากมาจากสิ่งทอ/ย้อมผ้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

มีภาวะผู้นำ ตัดสินใจแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และสามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้

เปิดรับการเรียนรู้ระบบการจัดการและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ในโรงงาน

เวลา: ทำงานจันทร์-เสาร์
