Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans accordingly
• Analyze demand forecasts and align capacity planning
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or production bottlenecks
• Generate production reports and performance metrics
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to optimize efficiency
• Continuously improve planning processes and systems

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
