Job Summary

Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Technical Trainer Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). Open. Electronics and Communications Engineering. Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. Full-time. On-campus. M.Tech or Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Experience requirements for Assistant Professor and Associate Professor levels are as per AICTE/UGC norms. Technical Trainer candidates should have hands-on experience with industry-standard ECE tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Mentor students in academics, projects, and technical activities.
• Guide UG/PG student projects and contribute to research activities.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic content.
• Conduct laboratory sessions and hands-on training using industry-standard tools (Technical Trainers).
• Support departmental academic activities and accreditation documentation as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• M.Tech or Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Degree preferably from NIT, IIIT, or top QS-ranked universities.
• Strong academic fundamentals with expertise in any core or advanced ECE domain.
• Specialization in one or more areas such as VLSI and Microelectronics, Embedded Systems and IoT, Communication Systems, Signal Processing, RF/Microwave, AI/ML applications in ECE, or Semiconductor/Chip Design.
• For Technical Trainer roles: proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink.
• For Technical Trainer roles: experience with tools such as Cadence, Xilinx, Multisim, or LabVIEW.
• For Technical Trainer roles: background in DSP, control systems, or embedded toolchains.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with publications in peer-reviewed, SCI/Scopus-indexed journals and reputed conferences.
• Experience in VLSI, semiconductor/chip design, embedded systems, or AI/ML applications in ECE.
• Hands-on industry or lab experience with Cadence, Xilinx, Multisim, or LabVIEW.
• Prior experience in NBA/NAAC accredited engineering institutions.
• Willingness to mentor students in research, projects, and technical clubs.
