Job Description

Arrivo Edu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for qualified and experienced BBA/MBA Faculty / Assistant Professors for its academic programs at Rajkot and Vadodara.

We are hiring faculty members in the following specializations:

• Operations Research
• Finance
• Digital Marketing
• International Business

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and industry-oriented lectures to BBA and MBA students.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct tutorials, case studies, discussions, and practical learning activities.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
• Participate in academic activities, workshops, seminars, and departmental initiatives.
• Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of the assigned curriculum.
• Contribute to curriculum development and other academic responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

• MBA / Master's degree in the relevant specialization from a recognized university.
• Candidates with relevant BBA/MBA teaching or industry experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to deliver practical and industry-oriented business education.
• Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
