Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide students in academics, clinical training, research activities, and professional development.
• Supervise students during clinical postings and ensure adherence to patient safety, ethical practices, and institutional protocols.
• Conduct student assessments, maintain academic records, and evaluate theoretical and clinical performance.
• Engage in scholarly research, publish articles in reputed national and international journals, and present research at academic conferences.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide emergency support during clinical teaching when required.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic committees, faculty development programs, and institutional events.
• Collaborate with faculty members and healthcare professionals to enhance teaching methodologies and improve student learning outcomes.
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of departmental policies, quality initiatives, and academic standards.
