Job Description Assistant Professor (ECE)

Department: Electronics & Communication Engineering
Location: Shivalik University, Dehradun

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and conduct practical/laboratory sessions for ECE students.
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor students and guide academic projects, internships, and technical activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
• Contribute to research activities, publications, and department development.
• Maintain academic records and ensure effective delivery of assigned courses.

Eligibility

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics, or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
• Ph.D. will be preferred.
• Relevant teaching or industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Areas

Embedded Systems, VLSI, Digital Electronics, Communication Systems, IoT, Signal Processing, Microcontrollers, RF & Microwave, and related areas.
