Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Assistant Professor – FinTech to join the academic team at MBESG. The candidate will be responsible for teaching finance and financial technology subjects, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, FinTech, Economics, Management, Business Analytics,Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• PhD in a relevant field is preferred.
• Prior teaching experience in undergraduate or postgraduate programs is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of emerging financial technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
• Research orientation and willingness to engage in academic publications.
• Prior industry experience in financial services, technology, consulting, or relevant fields, or prior teaching experience in business or finance, is an advantage.
