Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Management Faculty – Business Analytics to deliver academic excellence through teaching, mentoring, and curriculum innovation across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Analytics, including Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, and Predictive Modeling.
• Design and update course materials in line with evolving industry standards and academic best practices.
• Mentor and guide students in academic and career development, including thesis and research projects.
• Contribute to curriculum development, outreach activities, and other academic initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and research in Business Analytics.
• Collaborate with industry experts and internal stakeholders to enhance student learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
• Research experience with published work will be preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of R, Python, SAS, SQL, or Big Data platforms.
• Experience in designing and delivering hybrid/online courses will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to engaging and inclusive learning.
