We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Program Supervisor / Shift Leader to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily program activities
• Lead shift operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of tasks
• Supervise staff and participants, providing guidance, support, and motivation
• Monitor compliance with safety protocols and organizational policies
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during shifts
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant documentation
• Collaborate with team members to improve program quality and participant experience
• Support training and development initiatives for staff and volunteers

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Assistant Program Supervisor) and or High School Diploma (Shift Leader)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a program or community setting
• Demonstrated ability to oversee the delivery of treatment services is required
• One year or more of experience in the field of Residential Treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of safety procedures and organizational policies
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment

Requirements Must be available for on-call

The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. PA DHS FBI, PA Childline, and PA Criminal clearances are required.
