Assistant Programme Officer/ Programme Officer

THE JOB

The Assistant Programme Officer/ Programme Officer will assist in the coordination of different programs / events. His/ Her responsibilities includes the follows:

• Assisting in developing course, training and assessment materials;
• Conducting research in investigating training needs;
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and organize instructional content & keep track of student performance and progress;
• Organizing activities and programmes; Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and reports;
• Preparing marketing materials, such as leaflet, website update;
• Conducting workshop and presentation (Teaching exp. is preferred)
• Performing other duties as assigned.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants should have a Degree in Marketing/Business/Communication or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification working experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Course management skill, Strong communication skills, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented
• Experience in training/education is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Programme Officer
