Assistant Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• To assist Project Manager & Site Supervisor to coordinate with main contractor and monitor site progress, preparing documents
• Prepare technical reports and detail
• Follow up the major materials deliveries and OT working arrangement
• Site measurement

Requirement:

• Diploma in building construction studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years in fitting out field and site supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
• Holder of Safety Supervisor Training Course / TCP 1 Certificate is preferred.

• 6 working days per week, Monday - Saturday (9:00am to 6:00pm)

• 12 days annual leave (will entitle 1 day more after 1 year service and will progressively increase to a maximum of 16 days)
