Assistant Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Handle shop drawings, material submissions and correspondence works to meet the contractual requirements and achieve timely completion of the project;
• Ensure the work confirming to drawing, standard of qualities and site operation;
• Well coordinate with client, sub-contractors or supplier;
• Work closely with the factories to guarantee that all orders arrive on site punctually;
• Coordinate with vendors to request and gather quotations for specified materials;
• Attend site meeting or monitoring is required;
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in building construction project with Main Contractor / Sub-contractors;
• Well communication and organized, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated;
• Pro-active, self-motivated, independent and capable of dealing with new situations and challengers;
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Details-oriented and able to multitask;
• Willing to travel factories in Mainland China
• Good command of read and written English, Chinese and Mandarin ;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Knowledge in Structural & GBP Drawing is preferred;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred;
• Valid Green Card;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with less experience may also be considered for the assistant position.

薪酬： $18,000.00至$25,000.00（每月）
