Job Description

• Manage and planning of project and make sure that the project is running smoothly for Palm Oil Industry.
• Deal with mill manager and arrange for site visit / meeting.
• Visit mill and observe for site condition.
• Prepare the documents, layouts, drawings and bill of quantity.
• Visit mill for discussion regarding work order.
• Deal and discuss with contractors regarding site preparation.
• Visit site to monitor platform preparation before delivery.
• Assist with the pre-delivery works of equipment / machine.
• Visit mill upon delivery to ensure equipment / machine in good condition.
• Follow up with mill regarding piping installation before commissioning.
• Prepare reports for every site visit and reporting to HOD / GM.
• Visit site once all installation is done before commissioning.
• Follow up from time to time regarding service works and problems for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Palm Oil mill industry.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good in operational reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A male candidate is preferred for this position.

Working Hours

• Monday - Saturday (alternate half-day)
• 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Salary is negotiable based on experience
