Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in managing daily project and site operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, work schedules, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports, work programmes, and other project documentation.
• Attend project and site meetings, coordinate submissions and inspections, and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Assist the Project Director in resolving site issues, monitoring subcontractor performance, managing variations, and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with a main contractor in the construction industry.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural (C&S) construction.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
