Paperspace is looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of workplace design, fit-out, and construction projects from planning and execution through completion and handover.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and consultants
• Oversee procurement, cost management, and project resources
• Supervise site activities and monitor construction and installation progress
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Identify project risks and resolve site and delivery issues proactively
• Coordinate across Design, Technical, Finance, Procurement, and other project teams
• Ensure smooth project completion, punch-list closeout, and client handover

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✓ Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field

✓ At least 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, workplace design, or project delivery

✓ Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, procurement, and on-site activities

✓ Strong understanding of construction processes, site coordination, quality control, safety requirements, permits, and building regulations

✓ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills

✓ Highly organised, proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

✓ Willing to travel to project sites as required

✓ Candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred
