Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in residential/commercial high-rise construction projects and mi-van construction.
• Must have successfully completed at least 3 projects using Mivan Aluminium Formwork System (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, project planning, quality control, safety, and finishing activities.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Proficiency in project management software, MS Excel, MS Project, and reporting tools.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Additional certifications in Project Management will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects.
• Ensure project activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor daily construction progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate all site activities including RCC, Mivan shuttering, finishing, waterproofing, MEP, and external development works.

Mivan Construction Management

• Supervise and monitor Mivan formwork activities including assembly, alignment, concreting, stripping, and cycle management.
• Ensure optimum utilization and maintenance of Mivan shuttering materials.
• Coordinate with structural consultants and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Implement best practices for achieving target floor cycle times.

Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved construction methodologies.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate testing of materials and workmanship.
• Monitor snag rectification and closure.

Cost & Resource Management

• Track material consumption and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely availability of materials.
• Assist in cost control and budget monitoring activities.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure implementation of all safety procedures and statutory regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with safety officers for compliance audits.

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Attend project review meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
