Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects.

Salary : 100,000 - 130,000

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Assist with estimating, bid preparation, and proposal development.
• Maintain project schedules, cost reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and reporting.
• Monitor project budgets and support financial tracking.
• Collaborate with field operations, engineering, and project teams.
• Participate in safety meetings and project reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with construction project management (utility, substation, transmission, or distribution experience preferred).
• Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project, Primavera, or Procore is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
