Assistant Project Manager

Job Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for working with Project Managers and helping them organize the planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse and complex construction endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Project Managers to prepare, submit, obtain approval, verify and track billings.
• Work closely with site superintendents and field supervisors to achieve project goals.
• Understand project documents and scope of work.
• Assist in handling of permitting needs and locates.
• Assist in closing out projects.
• Assist in overall coordination for project managers.
• Assist in warehouse and unloading materials or equipment (as needed).

Experience

• Previous experience in construction (Traffic Signal Installation, Infrastructure, or Electrical preferred)
• Preferred experience working with CDOT
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and be adaptable to changing assignments
• Ability to take initiative to solve problems in an innovative manner

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
