Assistant Project Manager

About the role

Assistant Project Manager responsible for project management in retail store renovation, reinstatement, site inspection, repair and maintenance from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Project management in retail store renovation, reinstatement, site inspection, repair and maintenance from planning to completion
• Supervise and monitor site progress with contractors and suppliers to ensure project is delivered as scheduled
• Execute whole project cycle, including new store and existing store improvement work
• Manage the whole progress of project, keep track of implementation and cost control to have cost-effective design and technical solutions
• Handle full set design documentation and presentation work, which includes store design and detail drawings

About you

• Strong knowledge of retail store design, renovation processes, and fit-out works
• Minimum 5-8 years of solid relevant working experience, preferably in retail projects
• Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Lightroom, 3D Max and Photoshop
• Flexible, hardworking, self-motivating, creative and a good team player
• Immediately available is highly preferable
