As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving distribution centre projects, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational excellence, improve productivity, and create better experiences for customers and colleagues alike. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and resolve project issues effectively.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of DC automation, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Apply a scientific and data-driven approach to analyse business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights using Power BI and analytical tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen supply chain capabilities and support our O+O business model.

• Strong project coordination and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Understanding of distribution centre, logistics, supply chain operations, or related project environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other analytical tools.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
