ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Project Manager reports to and is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager with daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of the projects to meet time and cost objectives.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist project manager to achieve project goals
2. Manage project budget and project resource allocation
3. Planning and scheduling of project timelines
4. Provide direction and support to project team
5. Control and monitor on quality assurance
6. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
7. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
8. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
9. Communicating with all stakeholders and authority department
10. Managing risks and issues on project execution
11. Managing sub-contractors and vendors on project execution
12. Assist project manager in generating weekly report for presenting project status to stakeholder
13. Updating the Project Management plan regularly
14. Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
15. Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
16. Conduct a regular construction meeting to all sub-contractors and vendors to meet project timeline and goals
17. Liaison with project stakeholders in related to project execution where neccesary
18. Any other duties or tasks assign by Project Manager
