Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, QA, and other internal teams.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into clear tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
• Monitor daily project progress and identify risks, delays, and dependencies.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and ensure timely task completion.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and progress to clients and management.
• Handle changes in project scope and ensure proper documentation and approval.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and requirements.
• Resolve project-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator, preferably in an IT/software development company.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, project planning, and task management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Technical understanding of web/mobile development is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,639.23 - ₹40,491.63 per month
