Assistant Project Manager

About the role

An Assistant Project Manager role coordinating and monitoring infrastructure, land bank and site activities across multiple concurrent assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor infrastructure, land bank and site activities, including maintenance, rectification, DLP and handover works
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress and quality, prepare reports and follow up on outstanding issues
• Monitor land bank matters, including earth dumping, squatters, encroachment, rubbish dumping and site maintenance
• Review C&S designs, drawings, technical reports and consultant proposals, and provide technical advice and practical, cost-effective solutions
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, authorities and utility agencies on technical matters, inspections, approvals and infrastructure handover
• Provide technical input for future infrastructure and land development planning

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property development, infrastructure and/or construction project management
• Experience in coordinating consultants, contractors, authorities and utility agencies
• Technically sound and hands-on with good knowledge of C&S and infrastructure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites and concurrent assignments
