Assistant Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers to assist with job setup, permitting, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and project closeout activities while ensuring projects remain organized and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project setup and execution.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation.
• Procure materials and track deliveries.
• Issue and manage subcontract agreements.
• Monitor project schedules and support communication with vendors and field teams.
• Assist with final inspections and project closeout documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; construction management software experience is a plus.
• Previous construction or project coordination experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-focused approach.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
