Assistant Project Manager – Exterior Restoration

Full-time | $75,000 - $115,00 per year, based on experience | Overtime eligible

Axis Talent Group is recruiting an Assistant Project Manager for a growing contractor focused on condominium exterior restoration. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of field coordination and grow into a Project Manager role.

You’ll work alongside a Project Manager to coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules. You’ll track project progress, help resolve field issues, support safety and quality inspections, and communicate with residents and property managers.

We’re interested in candidates with construction field supervision or project coordination experience. Experience with exterior renovation, carpentry, roofing, painting, or window and door installation is especially relevant. You should be organized, comfortable on job sites, and able to keep projects moving.
