This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical mastery in wastewater treatment (MBR, SBR, ZLD) and sharp commercial acumen. - Schedule Recovery: Identify "Critical Path" delays early. You must be an expert at developing and driving catch-up plans to maintain EPC timelines.
- Commercial Growth: Manage project invoicing and collections. Support the Sales team with site audits and identify upsell opportunities (AMCs, upgrades) within existing accounts.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with EHS standards, including Permit to Work (PTW) and environmental regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical bottlenecks.
