Assistant Project Manager

Job Description:

• Support the Project Director in overseeing overall site and project activities.
• Work closely with external parties and internal teams to keep project works on track.
• Oversee site progress, manpower, materials, timelines, and daily operations.
• Ensure construction works follow project specifications, approved plans, and required standards.
• Handle project coordination, reporting, submissions, and necessary documentation.
• Track subcontractor performance and address any delays or site-related concerns.
• Coordinate with QS and Safety teams on cost, variation, procurement, and safety matters.
• Support inspections, testing, handover, rectification, and final project close-out.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
• At least 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager (APM)
• Strong experience in site coordination, project management, drawings, and construction processes
