An established and expanding general contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of multifamily construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects
• Assist with project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout activities
• Monitor project progress and help identify solutions to schedule or budget challenges
• Attend project meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders
• Support quality control and safety initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to process improvements that support operational growth and project success

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or assistant project management
• Multifamily construction experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Desire to learn, take ownership, and grow within a construction organization
