Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Your organizational skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in assisting project managers and liaising with clients, vendors, and team members. Duties

• Assist project manager and clients in making material selections and sourcing samples for clients to approve.
• Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and updating the short term schedule as needed.
• Manage office documentation including filing, data entry, and maintaining project records with precision and attention to detail.
• Support client communication by providing timely updates and addressing inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette
• Assist project manager in sourcing and procuring materials as needed.
• Willing to learn and use Bluebeam takeoff software for material quantities.
• Assist project manager in creating change orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Prior experience in construction is a big plus.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
