What they need

Overview

Cookline is a construction management company specializing in restaurant and hospitality projects throughout the Bay Area. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients by building high-quality spaces through a seamless and highly coordinated process. We are proud to have been part of building some of the Bay Area’s most celebrated dining destinations. In addition to our hospitality work, Cookline operates ReShape, our commercial sub-brand focused on non-restaurant tenant improvements and commercial spaces. ReShape brings the same operational rigor, craftsmanship, and client-centered service to projects outside the restaurant sector, including fitness studios, retail spaces, and other commercial interiors.

Projects range in size from small remodels to large tenant improvements, located in San Francisco, the East Bay, Marin County and the Peninsula.

Whether operating under Cookline or ReShape, our values remain the same: community, relevance, and mastery.
