Assistant Project Manager

Project Site: SM City Iligan

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred for HVAC projects), Electrical Engineering, or another related engineering discipline.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC License) is preferred; however, qualified non-licensed engineers with relevant experience may also be considered.
• At least 3-6 years of experience in site engineering and Project Management within HVAC or MEPF works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC materials and equipment.
• Supervise and monitor daily HVAC construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Can read and interpret HVAC drawings, duct layouts, and shop drawings.
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites as required.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure proper HVAC system installation and adherence to safety regulations
• Willing to travel, relocate, and work on project sites nationwide if necessary
• Willing to work overtime and on project-based assignments as required.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per day
