ABOUT US
EGR CASEWORK l MILLWORK is an established commercial casework and millwork manufacturer based in Oklahoma City, delivering precision-crafted woodwork for corporate, healthcare, hospitality, and institutional interiors. We're committed to growing our people alongside the business, and we have a track record of doing exactly that.
We offer a collaborative, team-first culture, a compressed workweek with half-day Fridays, and a workplace where your contributions are recognized and your career can grow. If you're someone who wants to keep getting better at what you do, and wants to work somewhere that notices, EGR is the place for you.
THE ROLE
EGR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of our commercial casework and millwork projects. This role bridges the gap between project coordination and full project management. You will be hands-on in both planning and execution, working directly alongside and learning from experienced Project Managers.
This role is ideal for someone who has mastered project coordination and is ready to step into a more strategic, accountable position with client exposure, field interaction, and increased project ownership. We are looking for people who take initiative, follow through, and want to grow into a full Project Manager role with a company that's building something lasting.
