What they need
Responsibilities
Lead project management activities to deliver construction projects on time and with high quality standards
Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to set guidelines and provide expert supervision to the project team
Plan, forecast, and monitor subcontractors’ work progress by providing weekly schedules and conducting daily coordination meetings to meet project timelines
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency
Coordinate logistics and manage daily operational needs to ensure smooth site execution
Oversee quality control processes and enforce health and safety standards on site
Comply with workplace safety practices to maintain a safe working environment
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience working on Singapore residential or commercial building projects is an advantage
