Assistant Project Manager Required In London GVR Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team.

As a business, they cover mainly high-end residential and commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. They are looking for a keen Assistant Project Manager to work alongside their existing Project Manager on schemes across London

Key Responsibilities Of The Assistant Project Manager

• Support the delivery of projects and assigned work packages.
• Assist with project planning, coordination and delivery activities.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across the business.
• Support reporting, risk and issue management, budget tracking and project governance.
• Identify emerging issues and provide recommendations or escalate where required.
• Monitor delivery against agreed time, cost, quality and scope requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and best practice.

The Assistant Project Manager Must Have/be

• Relevant experience in a Project Management capacity, or professionally educated in a relevant field
• Commercially astute
• A high level of quality control
• Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the client
• Documentation & reporting skills
