What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, scheduling, and on-site implementation
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress and report updates to management
• Liaise with authorities for approvals, inspections, and compliance
• Manage communication between local teams and headquarters

Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction or engineering projects in Malaysia
• Familiar with Malaysian regulations, approvals, and labor laws
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in large-scale projects (e.g., data centers, infrastructure, industrial)

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Confident communicator across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
