Assistant Project Manager

Lead and oversee insurance and billing-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables Set performance goals and deadlines in line with client goals/ expectations, monitoring quality and reporting variances to leadership Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures Maintain and implement change management governance Oversee reporting, planning, and auditing Implement process improvements to optimize insurance claims processing and billing workflows Take dynamic and strategic decisions in the business to meet the requirements Facilitate team meetings, track project progress, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders Assist HR with recruiting when necessary Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale Identify and address problems and opportunities for the companyfor Coordinate with Stakeholder, represent team and achieve the Project target as per the timeline Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents
Working with bookkeeping software
Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
Lead the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients
Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations
