Assistant Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, high-integrity Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Green Bay, WI. In this role, you will work directly alongside a senior Project Manager, acting as a crucial driver for daily problem-solving and project execution. You will bridge the gap between the office and the field, ensuring communication flows seamlessly and project milestones are met. Key Responsibilities

1. Field & Subcontractor Coordination

• Project Liaison: Act as the central link between the office and the field, communicating updates directly to superintendents, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
• On-Site Support: Spend time on active job sites to verify material deliveries, monitor timelines, and assist the PM with daily problem-solving.
• Schedule Distribution: Help coordinate and distribute look-ahead schedules and change orders to ensure the field teams stay aligned.

2. Construction Operations & Digital Management

• Project Documentation: Assist in executing daily workflows within Procore and JobCore, including organizing RFIs, Submittals, and daily logs.
• Plan & Spec Control: Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date digital blueprints so the field crews always work from the latest revisions.

3. Estimating & Takeoff Support

• Quantity Takeoffs: Partner with estimating and management teams to perform material takeoffs and quantity counts using PlanSwift.
• Blueprint Analysis: Dive into digital blueprints to help prepare upcoming project phases.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in commercial construction trades, field internships, or co-ops is preferred.
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related discipline is a plus but not required. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications is required. Prior exposure to Procore, JobCore, or PlanSwift is a significant advantage.
• Bilingual is a PLUS
