Bee Eye Engineering is a construction company based in Kuantan, Pahang. We undertake projects across various locations in the state, including Kuantan, Kuala Lipis, Raub, and Genting Highlands.

About the role

We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager (C&S) to join our team and assist in the coordination and execution of construction projects across various locations in Pahang.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Coordinator and site teams to monitor project progress and ensure site activities are carried out according to project requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Coordinator in coordinating, monitoring, and executing ongoing construction projects.
• Plan and monitor site activities, work progress, and project schedules.
• Coordinate Site Supervisors, subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources required for site activities.
• Attend site meetings, liaise with consultants and clients, and assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, site records, and relevant project documentation.
• Conduct regular visits to project sites throughout Pahang and carry out other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Coordinator or Management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of relevant working experience in civil, structural, or construction projects.
• Good understanding of C&S construction works, drawings, specifications, and site practices.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
• Willing to travel frequently to various project sites throughout Pahang according to project requirements.
• Possess a valid driving licence. Company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel.

Work Location:

• Based in Pahang, with frequent travel to various project sites including Kuantan, Kuala Lipis, Raub, Rompin, Genting Highlands, and other locations as required.
