Key Responsibilities

• As the leader for coordinating all builder works and associated BS works with the Main Contractor and Specialist sub-contractors/suppliers at the pre-work stage and construction stage.
• Assisting in the coordination and preparation of shop/construction drawings.
• Preparing temporary work designs, method statements, project programs and payment and financial claims.
• In charge of regular site meetings with other project team members and facilitate communication with architects, clients, consultants, subcontractors/suppliers, and government authorities on technical matters.
• Regularly inspect the quality of work and materials to ensure compliance with statutory and user requirements. On-site management and prepare site progress reports to ensure project success.
• Assist in the preparation of subletting documents, tender submission and quotations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Architecture, Building Construction, Structural Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of on-the-job experience in contracting or consultancy work in fitting-out works or other engineering projects is preferred.
• Relevant experience in hospital, university, or laboratory projects is advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with BIM software such as Revit will be beneficial.
• Experience in BS works coordination will be beneficial.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less work experience may be considered for the Senior Project Engineer role.
