Assistant Project Manager — Residential Remodeling

Luxe Built is looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Assistant Project Manager to help keep our remodeling projects moving. We specialize in quality residential renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and outdoor living spaces.

This role combines project support with fieldwork. You’ll visit jobsites, coordinate and deliver materials, communicate with our team, and occasionally complete minor repairs and punch-list items. It’s a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants to grow into project management while staying involved in the work.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobsites to check progress, identify needs, and report updates to the Project Manager or Operations Manager.
• Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies so crews have what they need.
• Help coordinate material orders, deliveries, returns, and upcoming job needs.
• Communicate with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners professionally.
• Take jobsite photos and document completed work, outstanding items, and questions.
• Help maintain schedules, task lists, and project information in JobTread.
• Complete occasional hands-on work, including minor carpentry, adjustments, repairs, and punch-list items within your skill level.
• Help maintain clean, organized jobsites and protect clients’ homes.
• Follow through on assigned tasks and flag issues before they delay a project.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction supervision, or a similar field.
• Practical knowledge of construction materials and the sequence of remodeling work.
• Ability to handle minor repairs and finish work with attention to detail.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• A proactive attitude—you notice what needs attention and take ownership.
• Comfort using a smartphone and learning project management software; JobTread experience is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record suitable for material runs.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials, with assistance as needed.

Previous project management experience is helpful, but we’re also interested in a skilled carpenter or construction professional ready to take the next step.
