📝 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in overseeing daily project activities and site operations.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, work schedules, manpower allocation, material availability, and overall site activities.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and regular updating of project schedules, work programmes, progress reports, and related project documentation.
• Participate in site, coordination, and project meetings, and follow up on outstanding issues and action items.
• Coordinate project submissions, technical drawings, material approvals, inspections, and other documentation required for project execution.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance and progress to ensure works are completed according to the agreed schedule and required standards.
• Identify and highlight site issues, potential delays, and coordination challenges, and assist the Project Director in implementing timely solutions.
• Liaise with the Quantity Surveying team on variation works, additional works, procurement matters, and project cost-related issues.
• Work closely with the Safety team to promote and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Assist in coordinating inspections, testing and commissioning, handover activities, defect rectification, and overall project close-out.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, site documentation, reports, correspondence, and other relevant records.
• Support the Project Director in ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed timeline, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Undertake any other project-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Director.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
• Knowledgeable with Singapore construction practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Good understanding of construction processes, site coordination, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevant construction or project management software.
