About the role
Assistant Project Manager responsible for managing content production operations, from coordinating fashion shoots, managing visual assets, to daily operational administration.
Key responsibilities
- Source and coordinate third-party teams (Models, MUA, Hairstylists) for fashion shoots
- Ensure fashion shoot operational readiness (accommodation, catering, wardrobe, and equipment), and monitor live session progress
- Prepare cost estimates, verify third-party invoices, and reconcile with Finance team
- Archive content assets (RAW and edited) to NAS and spreadsheet, and curate catalog fashion
- Distribute briefs, design layouts, and daily tasks to Graphic Design Coordinators and Potographers/Editors
About you
- Experience in creative production project management or fashion shoot coordination
- Detail-oriented in administrative matters, data entry, and basic budgeting
- Able to collaborate with various parties (designers, potographers, models, MUA)
