  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables to ensure timely project execution.
  • Assist in managing project risks, issues, and change control processes.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, project dashboards, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings, workshops, and site inspections, ensuring project objectives and actions are clearly tracked and communicated.
  • Assist in reviewing technical submissions, construction programmes, method statements, testing & commissioning plans, and project progress reports.
  • Support project governance, reporting, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately within project management systems and digital platforms.
  • Promote best practices in health, safety, quality, and risk management throughout project delivery.
  • Support the successful transition of projects into operational readiness and client handover.

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, construction, building services, MEP, or data centre-related projects.

  • Experience working on data centres, critical facilities, mission-critical environments, or large-scale MEP projects would be highly advantageous.

  • Good understanding of project delivery processes across design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover phases.

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • A collaborative team player who works effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional project teams.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced project environment.
