Assistant Project Manager (Development)

We are seeking a Project Development Professional to oversee the end‑to‑end development cycle, from land acquisition and joint venture coordination through to planning, statutory submissions, project execution, and completion. The role requires strong expertise in authority submission and approval processes, ensuring timely clearances and minimizing delays by working closely with local authorities and technical agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full project development cycle: land acquisition, feasibility, planning, statutory submissions, execution, and handover.
• Coordinate joint ventures, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align development objectives.
• Manage authority submissions and approvals, liaising with local councils, regulators, and technical agencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while safeguarding project feasibility and cost control.
• Collaborate across planning, design, technical, sales, and construction teams for smooth project delivery.
• Resolve authority‑related issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and submissions for management and regulatory review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property development or construction project management.
• Proven track record in handling authority submissions and approvals.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian property laws, building codes, and development processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
