Assistant Project Manager (Fitting Out)

DCB Company Limited is a professional interior fitting out contractor, specializing in large scale luxurious residential projects. Responsibilities

• Control and supervise overall site progress to ensure completion of projects within timeline and complies with contractual and statutory requirement;
• Co-ordinate and liaise with clients, designers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure good quality of work;
• Organize and prepare various project documents, drawings and submissions with other team members
• Assist the Project Manager to monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for current projects

Requirements

• Diploma/High cert. or above in Interior Design/Project Management/ Building Studies/Construction or equivalent
• 6 years’ project management experience with interior fitting out/ A&A /construction projects
• Good knowledge of fitting out details, method statement & standards
• Well organized, Proactive, and with Good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good computer skills in AutoCAD and MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project
• Candidates with less qualification or experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
• 5.5 days work with alternate Saturday off
