Assistant Project Manager (Fitting-out/A&A)

A well-established Hong Kong consultancy firm specialising in A&A works, renovation, fit-out projects, statutory compliance, and building improvement works. The company partners with commercial, retail, institutional, and public-sector clients to deliver customised solutions for existing buildings and asset enhancement projects.

Your new role

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management across fitting-out, A&A, and asset enhancement projects
• Support feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and cost analysis for investors during the acquisition stage
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities throughout the project life cycle
• Monitor and control project progress, cost, quality, and safety to ensure timely delivery
• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Handle statutory submissions, approvals, and ensure compliance with Hong Kong building regulations
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, variation orders, and payment, claims
• Support project handover, defects management, and final account processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Building, Construction Management, Surveying, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, fitting-out, A&A, or building works in Hong Kong
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in mini-storage or office fit-out projects is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
