Position: Assistant Project Manager – Interior Sites (Residential)
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage and execute residential interior projects from start to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, carpenters, installers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site measurements and verify site conditions.
• Review and understand drawings, BOQ, and project requirements.
• Coordinate material dispatch, delivery, and installation activities.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and update them on project progress.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
• Maintain good client relationships and handle site-related queries professionally.
• Monitor workmanship, material usage, safety, and overall site discipline.
• Support payment collection and other project-related follow-ups when required.
• Coordinate for project completion, snag rectification, and final handover.
• Encourage clients to provide Google/Facebook reviews after successful project completion.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of interior site execution and installation processes.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
