Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator

About the role

Monitor maintenance aspects of maintenance services, A&A works and Renovation works.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and follow up on project progress to ensure timely and high-quality completion
• Prepare daily manpower rosters and arrange daily site activities for workers
• Conduct site inspections, take site photos, and supervise work quality
• Perform site measurements and attend site meetings
• Coordinate and verify quantity measurements/final accounts with subcontractors
• Act as the primary liaison to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, sub-contractors
• Handle project documentation, tender documents, and construction/CAD drawings

About you

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience of maintenance services, and scheduling maintenance works fitting-out work control and E&M operation for the property in supervisory level
• Hands-on experience in maintenance project, site coordination and emergency repair works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office
• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese) in both verbal and written
• Holder of Green Card / Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate preferred
