What they need
Interspace is a leading Design & Build firm specializing in modern office interiors. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator to support our project team. Based in our modern "co-working studio," you will help manage high-end office fit-out projects for top-tier clients.
The Role
Working closely with our Project Managers and Designers, you will play a key role in making sure our projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Project Support: Help Project Managers coordinate daily site operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Procurement & Logistics: Communicate frequently with sub-contractors and suppliers to order materials and track deliveries on time and under budget.
- Schedules & Tracking: Update project schedules (Gantt charts) and keep project documents organized.
- Career Growth: Learn every aspect of the Design & Build process with a clear path to become a full Project Manager.
We have clear tracks based on your current experience level:
- Assistant Project Manager (APM): Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hong Kong Design & Build industry with exposure to commercial office fitting out work.
- Project Coordinator (PC): Candidates with less than 3 years of experience but a strong eagerness to learn will be considered for this level.
The Package
- Salary: Up to HK$34,000 per month for the APM level (negotiable based on experience). Competitive rates offered for the Coordinator level.
- Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Project Flexibility: Availability on weekends is required to handle site issues or coordinate noisy works when the project demands.
- Rewards: Annual performance bonus (Company + Individual) and salary reviews on your employment anniversary.
- Leave: 12 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays.
The Hard Part
Do you have what it takes to join our team?
- Education: A university degree is preferred, but we highly value solid local project experience.
- Language: Highly fluent spoken English and Cantonese. Excellent written English and Traditional Chinese are required for client and site communication (bonus points for Mandarin).
- Software: Practical experience making schedules with Microsoft Project and using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Mindset: An organized, smart problem-solver who takes full responsibility for their tasks and enjoys a professional, creative personal style.
- Location: Must be currently based in Hong Kong for an in-person interview. Please submit your CV in English.
